How much am I Charged?

Nothing, until we obtain a recovery. The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb does not charge by the hour, and you will never receive a bill for our services. Instead, our personal injury attorneys work on a “contingent” fee which means that we are paid a portion of the settlement, plus the costs we have spent on the case. Thus, there are no out of pocket expenses to you!

How long will my case take?

It depends. Some cases are resolved in six months, and some go to trial, to appeal, and may take five years or longer. The answer to this question depends on the specific facts of your case. However, it is certainly in your best interest to resolve your case as quickly as possible while ensuring that a fair result is obtained.

Who will be handling my case?

Mr. Goldenfarb personally oversees the handling of all cases and has a highly trained group of case managers and other staff who participate in handling each client’s case. Any time a client wishes to set up a meeting with Mr. Goldenfarb, it is always welcome.
