Palm Beach County attorney Donald Vollender has been practicing law in Florida since 1989, starting as an Assistant State Attorney in the Trial Division of the Broward County, Florida, State Attorneys Office.  Although he was born in New Jersey, Don was raised in South Florida from the age of 8.  He has represented insurance companies in the past, but his preference is to represent those who are injured, which he has been doing since 2002.

Mr. Vollender is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.

Don and his wife, Barbara, live in Wellington with their two daughters.  Both girls are accomplished volleyball players who are on Club Volleyball Travel Teams, and the Vollender family spends many of their weekends traveling to see their girls play.  Don has coached the girls' basketball and T-ball teams at Wellington Recreation Center and is an active fundraiser for St. Baldrick's Children's Cancer charity organization.
