West Palm Beach Attorney Craig Goldenfarb Chairs AED Litigation Group

West Palm Beach Personal Injury Attorney Craig Goldenfarb is Chair of the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) Litigation Group of the American Association of Justice.  The Group held its annual meeting at the the Annual Convention of the Amrican Association of Justice held in Miami this past weekend. 

AEDs are required by law in a number of locations, such as airports, fitness centers, on airplanes, and in other places where the public congregates.  If a person has a heart attack, and in the event an AED is not available, or no one is available to use it, and that person dies, the location where the AED should have been available is often liable for damages.  This group of lawyers has come together to help right the wrongs where AED availability does not meet requirements.
