A: Yes, if you were injured in a Florida drunk driving crash, you may file an injury claim against the intoxicated driver.  In some cases, you may be found partially at fault for getting into a vehicle with a driver who was intoxicated.  However, in most cases, if the intoxication caused him to drive recklessly and fail to use reasonable care, and you were injured as a result, then you are allowed to file a claim against the driver for your injuries.
