What should I do if the insurance adjuster is not paying my car insurance claim?

A: People often hope their injuries will go away afte an accident.  They hope they can handle the problem themselves, so they don't need to find a lawyer.  What they quickly find out after a short time is that the insurance adjuster on the other side is not returning their calls, not sending them their money, and they are just getting the "runaround."  If the insurance adjuster is giving you the "runaround," it may be time to hire a lawyer.  We deal with insurance companies and insurance adjusters daily, and they don't give us the "runaround," because we can end up suing them and making them pay.
