Community Involvement

Personal injury attorney Craig Goldenfarb knows Florida. He has lived here all his life, and for 12 years he and his family have lived in Palm Beach County. He went to law school at the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Goldenfarb is devoted to community education. He lectures for the American Heart Association and is active in his local chapter to raise awareness about saving the lives of those in cardiac arrest. He also supports the local Palm Beach County Drowning Coalition, which seeks to raise awareness of drowning prevention and safety measures. Mr. Goldenfarb recently made a significant contribution to the Palm Beach County Drowning Coalition and the Town of Royal Palm Beach, to help them provide free swimming lessons for children. Hopefully, this contribution will help avoid the tragedy of children drowning in one of our local communities.

He recently donated funds to purchase bulletproof vests for high school students working with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department in the Police Explorers program.

Mr. Goldenfarb lectures on the use of AEDs (Automatic External Defibrillators to prevent heart attacks in public places) and recently moderated and spoke at a presentation at an AED Forum, which he created. The purpose of the Forum, held at the local office of the American Red Cross, was to raise awareness of the importance of having defibrillators in public places to save the lives of people who suffer cardiac arrest.


Mr. Goldenfarb was a recent speaker at a meeting of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators to discusss the importance of AEDs in the workplace. He was accompanied by Mr. Dave Magruder, President of Life Safety Solutions, who demonstrated the ease of use of an actual AED.

Mr. Goldenfarb also regularly lectures to insurance agencies on issues involving coverages, claims handling, correct insurance processing and other matters relating to insurance.

His CLE (Continuing Legal Education) activities include speaking to lawyers and paralegals on a variety of legal topics. His law firm, the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., also sponsors an Elder Law Seminar each year to provide attorneys with information from local judges.

Mr. Goldenfarb also is a member of the Board of Directors of a local nursing home. He lectures frequently on such topics as nursing home neglect, nursing home abuse and nursing home care.

Additionally, he frequently speaks to organizations to help people learn how to prevent car accidents and injuries from falls, as well as on other safety issues.

A current competitive soccer player, he also sponsors several local girls' soccer teams. He also is an avid runner and accomplished tennis player.
