"Passionate Tranquility", an exhibit featuring works of art

A handful of our staff who appreciates interesting, beautiful artwork was
among those enjoying the show last Friday. Herencia Art Center brands
itself as an "experimental art gallery" in the heart of West
Palm Beach, with a mission to "promote both individual and community
resiliency by exploring the reflective and healing properties of the arts."

"I love all forms of art, but as my passion for painting with oils
has evolved I have found that color and movement dominates my senses and
my brush strokes", Theresa says. "My desire and vision is that
everyone taps into that creative place in their heart where life begins."
About Theresa Cruz: Born on the Pacific island of Guam, it was in the summer of 2000 that
her artist friends and adviser at Tulane University encouraged her to
pick up her first paintbrush. Since then, Theresa has launched exhibits
in Ohio and Florida, and has lived in cities all over the U.S., producing
beautiful works of art inspired by her beach cottage in Singer Island.
