Amendment 3 is one of the least talked about Amendments of this political
season. Despite the light coverage on the issue, it has dramatic implications
for our clients.
This year's election on November 4th is critical to Florida, the judiciary,
and our ability to represent you and individuals like you in front of
a fair and impartial Judge who is able to work in a legal system that
is level for both you and those on the other side of the courtroom or
For perhaps for the first time in the history of our great state, Florida
has a Governor who has purposefully brought politics into our judiciary.

I encourage you to join me in voting for voting NO on Amendment 3.
Your vote FOR Charlie Crist and NO on Amendment 3 on November 4, 2014

Let's do it by voting NO on Amendment 3.
